Shipping & Delivery

All U.S orders will arrive between 2-7 business days (excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays) after you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped. Items are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days if the order is placed before 2pm CST(Mon-Fri).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking is updated as delivered. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date, once the package is in the possession of USPS.
